Applying creative thinking in an uncreative field gives you an advantage – An area that is considered uncreative like administration, accounting, banking science or any other serious industry is the perfect place to inject creativity and it will be most effective.
Creativity is looking from the inside. We tend to stand outside in what we do – looking in – detached – analytical. WHY SPORTS IS THE MOST TRANSFORMATIVE ASPECT OF OUR LIVES
The Human brain is designed to work its best with adequate amount of physical and mental exercise. Exercise is the most transformative thing we can do for ourselves. The effect it has on the brain is immediate as a single workout session has the capability to increase levels of transmitters like dopamine, serotonin and noradrenalin.
